Terms of Use – Done Shipping System
Please read these Terms of Use carefully and review any updates regularly. Failure to comply with these terms and applicable laws may result in service suspension.
Terms of Use
Welcome to the Done Shipping System, a logistics platform specialized in managing shipping operations for merchants and entrepreneurs in Yemen. By using Done’s services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below.
Done provides the following services:
- Parcel shipping.
- Shipment insurance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
- Customer service support.
- Returns handling.
- Shipment tracking.
- Monthly invoices are issued between the 27th and 30th of each month.
- Returned shipments (RTO) are processed after three failed delivery attempts.
- Returned shipments are consolidated and dispatched every 7 days.
- Maximum shipment value: 1,000 SAR.
- Maximum Cash on Delivery (COD) amount: 3,000 SAR
- Maximum of three delivery attempts per shipment.
- Chargeable weight is calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
- Volumetric weight formula = (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 5000
- Maximum dimensions: 30 × 30 × 60 cm or 10 kg volumetric weight.
- Only permitted items may be shipped.
- Done reserves the right to inspect shipments when necessary.
- If the recipient refuses to pay, the sender bears all related costs.
- Maximum compensation limit: USD 100.
- Delays caused by emergency or unforeseen circumstances are not guaranteed.
- Shipments valued over USD 1,000 require certified documentation.
All obligations may be suspended in the event of floods, earthquakes, government decisions, or any circumstances beyond control that prevent service execution.
- Providing accurate and complete address information.
- Completing payments within the specified timeframe.
- Refraining from shipping prohibited or restricted items.
Done is not responsible for improper packaging or damage to fragile items that were not declared in advance.
- Information We Collect: Name - phone number - address - shipment details - billing records - and location data.
- How We Use Information: Shipment processing, technical support, billing, and service improvement.
- Data Sharing: Information is shared only with delivery partners and official authorities when required.
- Data Protection: We apply encryption, system security measures, and access limitations to protect user data.
- Customer Rights: Update personal data, request a copy of stored information, or close the account.
- Cookies: Used to enhance user experience.
- Data Retention: Data is retained as long as the account is active or as required by applicable laws.
